It is important for our customers to know that we are taking every necessary precaution for your orders to arrive safely during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Processing, packing, and shipping of orders has always been a one-person job at Witter Entertainment. Personal protective gear will be worn throughout the process, and products as well as all surfaces on which we work are being wiped down with antibacterial wipes before and after packaging.

Recent reports have suggested the virus can survive on plastic surfaces up to 72 hours, and up to 24 hours on cardboard. For added precaution, we’ve been wiping down our own deliveries to be super safe. Given shipping and handling times, VHS tapes and other contents will have already survived the 72 hour window, but we will be using extra packing tape to seal openings as securely as possible.

We are continuing our upcoming VHS release schedule as planned unless instructed otherwise. We are, however, rescheduling some bigger titles and any re-prints we may be discussing for a time when everything is back on track.

If you place an order and want us to hold the shipment, we’re willing to hold any package indefinitely until home delivery returns to normalcy. Please contact us via WitterEntertainment@gmail.com if you’d like to discuss a shipping hold, or have any other comments or questions.

UPDATE 7/9/20: In order to do our part in protecting our vulnerable loved ones, citizens, and of course ourselves by self-isolating as much as possible, we will be continuing to follow our local guidelines. Those guidelines have continued to shift. We will ship every other Saturday (pre-orders excluded) through at least August 1st, 2020 due to noted increases case counts from holiday travel to and return from restricted states. We will absolutely e-mail customers as necessary with updates and information regarding orders.
