Shipping Policies

Shipping & Returns:

All orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail within the US, or USPS First Class Mail International Service to the rest of the world, when available. Some items are unavailable outside of the United States (the united states includes the continental united states and Puerto Rico) and/or Canada, and will be noted as such. If you are not able to order from a US state or citizenship please contact us for assistance. Allow at least 5-7 business days for an order to begin its journey your way.  We provide Economic and Standard shipping options; all priority mail orders include up to $50 insurance. Returns or exchanges are considered on a case by case basis only, depending on customer comments and concerns. Purchaser will be liable for shipping costs to return items, no refunds will be completed without items returned. Please be aware that anything over 1 LB is can not be shipped with economy flat rate shipping – and additional shipping charges will be calculated for checkout. Witter Entertainment cannot be held liable for procedural errors involving shipments. If you are unhappy with your order in any way, please contact us within 10 days from receipt of item(s) so that we may promptly discuss how to make you happy!

Regarding VHS releases: Replacements for art and packaging may be available on a case by case basis for a limited time following an item’s release. Damaged parts must be returned by the customer before any replacements can be shipped. It may not be possible to replace an actual tape at all times, this is due to licensing restrictions and supply. By purchasing the box upgrade shipping for a single VHS, you are applying that price to the new shipping option, but not purchasing the actual box. Thank you for understanding, long live VHS!
