Shipping & Returns:
All orders ship via USPS Media Mail as an economical option, or Priority Mail within the US, or USPS First Class Mail. Please understand Media Mail may take up to ten days to arrive and while we pack things well, it is the cheapest USPS option for a reason. We have had great success with this option, though. All Media Mail orders will ship boxed with padding to ensure safe travels to the best of our ability. Media Mail is only available to US customers. Most of our VHS items are unavailable outside of the United States. Allow at least 5-7 business days for an order to begin its journey your way due to processing and handling. We provide Economic and Standard shipping options; all priority mail orders include up to $50 insurance. Returns or exchanges are considered on a case by case basis only, depending on customer comments and concerns. All sales are considered final. When you pay for the shipping, you are paying for the transit service from the USPS once they receive the item, and the materials for packing your order. We are a micro, boutique company and as such may require longer to ship orders depending on a variety of factors. Since the COVID pandemic, we ship once or twice a week. It should be noted that in the past year (2020-2021), tracking with USPS as updated late or sometimes not at all – even after delivery. Please do contact us if you have received tracking, and the item hasn’t arrived within 15 days. Receiving an ‘Order Completed’ email that includes tracking generally signifies an order will leave our shop within a few days. Purchaser will be liable for shipping costs to return items, no refunds will be completed without items returned. Please be aware that anything over 1 LB is cannot be shipped with First Class Mail and additional shipping charges will be calculated for checkout. We do strive to get most orders out within a matter of days, but again, as we are a one person staff this is not always possible. Witter Entertainment cannot be held liable for procedural errors involving shipments. If you are unhappy with your order in any way, please contact us within 5 days from receipt of item(s) so that we may promptly discuss how to make you happy!
Regarding VHS releases and pre-orders: Replacements for art and packaging may be available on a case by case basis for a limited time following an item’s release. Damaged parts must be returned by the customer before any replacements can be shipped. It may not be possible to replace an actual tape at all times, this is due to licensing restrictions and inventory supply and availability. When an item is released as a limited pre-order, we give the best estimate we can for an expected shipping window. We always ship our items as fast as possible within the confines of our schedule.
