Each copy includes exclusive VHS-only introductions by writer-director Damien Leone, and stars David Howard Thornton, Lauren LaVera, and Elliot Fullam.

After being resurrected by a sinister entity, Art the Clown returns to Miles County where he targets a teenage girl and her younger brother on Halloween night.

For optimal VHS viewing, the film has been cropped from its original aspect ratio to 4:3 full frame. It is officially licensed from Cinedigm and Screambox and has been approved by Damien Leone.
