The Amusement Park VHS
$25.00 – $40.00
Broke Horror Fan presents The Amusement Park on limited edition, fully functional VHS!
Directed by master of horror George A. Romero, the long-lost 1975 movie was recently discovered and restored. Intended to be an educational film about elder abuse and ageism, it plays more like a psychological nightmare.
The Amusement Park arrives on VHS in a black clamshell case with two versions to choose from:
Standard Edition clamshell, with artwork by Aleksander Walijewski (1st picture) –
Big Box Edition, with Walijewski’s art/blue VHS tape* (2nd picture) – SOLD OUT
Each tape includes an exclusive introduction from Suzanne Desrocher-Romero. Stay tuned after the movie for a special feature: a panel interview with Suzanne Desrocher-Romero, Sandra Schulberg, Greg Nicotero, and Daniel Kraus, moderated by Shudder’s Samuel Zimmerman.
For optimal VHS viewing, the film is present in its original 4:3 aspect ratio. It is officially licensed from RLJE Films and approved by the George A. Romero Foundation.
*This big box includes a high-gloss printed box that houses the clamshell with matching artwork.
This release is available in the US only. Limit 1 of each variant per checkout.
